Stoermer told Lottery officials that the night before she bought the winning scratch-off ticket, she had a dream that she won playing the Lottery. Stoermer frequently plays Florida Lottery games, but this is her first big win.
The $600 Million High Roller game launched on Jan. 21, 2008, and is the first $30 Scratch-Off game offered by the Florida Lottery. the game features more than $600 million in cash prizes, including top prizes of $1 million and over 2,000 prizes of $20,000.
