Mark Hurd, Hewlett-Packard’s former CEO and now the current president of Oracle, lost his fight in court this week to keep confidential a letter alleging sexual harassment. Disney’s Iger Joins Apple Board, Levinson Named Chairman

Apple on Tuesday announced that Arthur D. Levinson is now the company’s non-executive chairman of the board. Disney chief Robert Iger has also joined Apple’s board.
