Disney’s Iger Joins Apple Board, Levinson Named Chairman

Apple on Tuesday announced that Arthur D. Levinson is now the company’s non-executive chairman of the board. Disney chief Robert Iger has also joined Apple’s board. Levinson has been the co-lead director of Apple’s board since 2005 and served on all three board committees—audit and finance, nominating and corporate governance, and compensation.
