Orlando Doctor Arrested In Drug Sting

ORLANDO, Fla. — An Orlando doctor is accused of everything from racketeering to drugs to soliciting a prostitute. Mladen Antolic, who is the owner of Orlando pain management clinic Primary choice Medical, was arrested as part of a drug sting.”He was dishing it out like candy,” said Tom Foy of the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation.Dr. Antolic is behind bars for the third time in three months. The doctor ran a pain management clinic on West Colonial Drive in Orlando.”This person has affected a lot of people a lot of lives,” Foy said.The Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation charged Antolic with racketeering, possession of drug paraphernalia, and purchasing prostitution.”Follow up interviews, subsequent investigation, witnesses coming through lead us to make additional charges yesterday,” said Foy.MBI arrested Antolic in October and again in December. They charged him with illegally distributing prescription drugs from his home in Orlando. he has not yet gone to trial on those charges.MBI said they raided Antolic’s home in October and found oxycodone, cocaine, guns and $40,000 in cash.”He has a bond and if somebody is willing to give him a bond after a third arrest, then he’ll get out,” Foy said.The MBI said Antolic hasn’t been practicing medicine since his first arrest, but before that the MBI said he was seeing 50 to 60 clients a day.”Some are real people in chronic pain that need help, but for what he was doing and the people’s lives he was affecting we’re gonna keep going,” he said.WFTV called Florida Health Department officials and they have yet to revoke or even suspend Antolic’s license.
